BEHAVIOR COUNSELING SESSIONS
If your dog is fearful, aggressive, or hyperactive, and you’ve “tried everything” but nothing seems to help, contact Dog Sense. We’ll schedule a behavioral consultation so we can get to the root of the problem. In this consultation we will create a plan to retrain your dog using positive methods, and help you build a stronger relationship. No dog is impossible to train, if the owner is dedicated and the instructor experienced. Off site behavioral consultations available on a case by case basis. In cases of aggression we always meet at our facility first.
Situational rates apply. Base is $85/hour at our facility, $90 Plus travel fee for offsite lessons
CONTROLLED CANINE CLASS
A six-week behavioral class that teaches you the skills and techniques needed to instill some self-control in your “out-of-control” dog! Using 100% positive methods, Wendy will show you how to help your dog become the well-behaved companion you’ve always dreamed of. Class limited to four students. At least one behavioral consultation must be completed to join this class.
$200 per six-week session
CONTROLLED CANINE ADVANCED CLASS
Take your dog’s training a step further and hit the town! Our goals for the advanced class focus on reliability and good manners in the face of an ever-changing environment. This class includes one or two “field trips” to a local area, along with a“Canine Good Citizen” evaluation (optional; additional fees may apply). This class is only open to graduates of the Controlled Canine - Basic class. Owners and dogs with prior training at a different obedience school, as well as those enrolled in one of our private lesson programs, will be evaluated and accepted on a case-by-case basis.
$180 per six-week session
